The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care\, Inc.  (WVSRC)\, a 501c6 non-profit and chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care\, invites you and your organization to exhibit at our conference. The event’s goals are to increase knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease. The individuals participating will be AARC/WVSRC members and non-members\, hospital and clinic-based respiratory therapists\, Pulmonary Function staff\, Sleep lab staff\, Pulmonary Rehab staff\, Durable Medical Equipment company staff\, Home Care staff\, registered nurses\, and respiratory therapy students. As an exhibitor/vendor\, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis\, education\, management\, and/or treatment of lung disease\, as well as organizations who have a vested interest in respiratory therapists. This can include but not limited to equipment or medication demonstrations and products\, educational or informational fliers and brochures\, recruiters\, and materials pertinent to this conference. \n  \nEvent details are provided below: \nDates of the conference: February 1 and 2\, 2024 \nLocation: Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center\, Davis\, WV \nContact person/phone number: Cindy Keely\, WVSRC Conference Chair\, 304-549-0296 \nSuggested arrival time to set-up booth: Jan 31 after 5pm; or Feb 1 from 7am-8:00am \nConference hours: Feb 1: 7:00am-7:30pm; Feb 2: 7:00am – 12:00pm \nEstimated number of attendees: 150 \nNumber/size of tables per booth: One 6-8 ft. table per vendor unless additional requested \nNumber of chairs: 2 \nTablecloths: (standard white provided by facility) \nParticipation fee:  $600 per vendor – fee is for vendor space only (with up to 2 staff) \n*Note: Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units. \n**WVSRC Non–profit W9 certificate available upon request. \n  \nSpecial Event Sponsorship with recognition available. Vendors\, organizations or individuals\, will receive special recognition if providing a level of sponsorship during the event. Various levels available as well as custom amounts.
