SUMMARY:Fall Health Care Conference 2026 - Vendor and Sponsor Registration
DESCRIPTION:PROSPECTIVE EXHIBITORS AND EVENT SPONSORS The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care\, Inc. (WVSRC)\, a non-profit and chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC)\, invites you and your organization to exhibit at our conference. \n  \nThe event’s goals are to increase the knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease. The individuals participating will be AARC/WVSRC members and non-members\, hospital and clinic-based respiratory therapists\, Pulmonary Function\, Sleep lab\, Pulmonary Rehab\, Durable Medical Equipment\, and Home Care-based staff\, registered nurses\, respiratory therapy students\, and other healthcare providers. \n  \nAs an exhibitor\, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis\, education\, management\, and/or treatment of lung disease\, as well as organizations who have a vested interest in respiratory therapists. This can include but not limited to equipment or medication demonstrations and products\, educational or informational fliers and brochures\, recruiters\, and materials pertinent to this conference. We also welcome organizations who employ or recruit specific specialty services and staff. \n  \nEvent details are provided below: \nDates of the conference: Sept 24 and 25\, 2026 \nLocation: Pipestem Resort State Park\, 3405 Pipestem Drive\, Pipestem\, WV 25979 \nContact person/phone number: Cindy Keely\, WVSRC Conference Chair \nSuggested arrival time to set up booth: Wed Sept 23 after 4pm (PREFERRED); or Thurs Sept 24 from 630am-7:30am \nConference hours: Sept 24: 7:50am-4:30pm; Sept 25: 7:50am – 12:30pm \nEstimated number of attendees: 130 \nNumber/size of tables per booth: One 6-8 ft. table per vendor unless additional requested \nNumber of chairs: 2 \nTablecloths: (standard white provided by facility) \nRegistration fee:  $700 per vendor – fee is for vendor space only (with up to 2 staff) \n\nYour organization can have a maximum of 2 additional staff per table with a fee of $50 per representative.\n\nLATE Registration Fee: $800 per vendor if registering after August 24\, 2026. \nExhibitors are permitted and encouraged to purchase more than one table to accommodate a larger display and/or additional representatives. \n*Note: Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units. \n**WVSRC Non-profit W9 certificate available upon request. \n***Vendor staff are eligible to receive continuing education for lectures they attend. See the registration table for details. \nAll vendors will receive a list of all attendees by employer with email address following the conference. \n  \nEVENT SPONSORS   \nThis event would not be possible without support from our exhibitors and special event sponsors. Please show your support by signing up for one or more of the special events listed below. By doing so\, you will receive special recognition during the conference. To sponsor a portion(s) of the event simply add that to your Exhibitor Registration\, or simply only provide a Sponsorship if you and your organization do not wish to be an Exhibitor. \n\nRegistration: $300 – company name displayed on agenda and displayed in the registration area.\nRefreshment Break AM: $400– company name listed on agenda and displayed in break area.\nRefreshment Break PM: $400– company name listed on agenda and displayed in break area.\nMain Meal Sponsor: $500 – company name listed on agenda and displayed in the meal area.\nWelcome Event Sponsor: $1\,000– company logo displayed with verbal recognition throughout conference.\n\n  \nRESTRICTED/UNRESTRICTED GRANTS: If your organization requires the WVSRC to complete an online application or form(s) to receive an unrestricted or restricted grant for your organization to attend as an exhibitor and/or provide a presenter for this event\, please notify the WVSRC with details as soon as available to begin this process. \n  \nHOW TO REGISTER AS EXHIBITOR AND OR SPONSOR: \nOnline Registration and Payment Via Credit Card: scroll to the bottom of this webpage to register!  \nFollow the steps below to complete our secure registration and payment with a major credit card. \n\nA PayPal account nor login is required\, simply pay as a guest. Details on submitting payment can be found on the attached form. \nWVSRC Vendor and Sponsor Form \n  \nLODGING: Reserve by JULY 23\, 2026\, for the Discounted Conference Rate: A limited block of rooms (1 king or 2 queen bed) in the lodge and cottages (2\, 3\, and 4-bedrooms) in the park are available for only $110 per night for Wednesday and Thursday nights only. This rate applies to lodge rooms and any size of cottage. \n\nCall Pipestem Resort State Park Direct at 304-466-1800\nState you are attending the WV Society for Respiratory Care Conference on Sept 24 and 25. \nIf you wish to extend your stay\, either arriving early or staying over the weekend\, your room or cottage rate will be based on dynamic pricing. Earn a maximum of 10 continuing education units when attending both days.
