It\u2019s our 30th Anniversary! We hope you\u2019ll join us to celebrate this huge milestone!
The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care Inc. (WVSRC), a 501c6 non-profit educational
organization and state-chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care, invites you
and your organization to take part in our health care conference. The goals of the event are to increase
the knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease.
The individuals participating will be WVSRC members, respiratory therapists, nurses and students. As
an exhibitor, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis,
education, management, care and\/or treatment of lung disease. This can include equipment or
medication demonstrations and products, educational or informational fliers and brochures, and other
material that may be pertinent to this conference.<\/p>

*Note<\/b>:\u00a0Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units.
**WVSRC\u00a0Non-profit W9 certificate available upon request.<\/p>

Special Event Sponsorship with recognition available. Vendors, organizations or individuals, will
receive special recognition if providing a level of sponsorship during the event. Various levels available
as well as custom amounts. See WVSRC Exhibitor Vendor Form 2023 or www.wvsrc.org<\/a> website for
details<\/p>

All companies, for-profit, non-profit, and government are invited to participate as vendors for this
event.<\/p>

HOW TO REGISTER:<\/b><\/p>

1. ONLINE<\/b> – Registration and Payment: please complete the\u00a0online registration by going to
www.wvsrc.org and provide credit or debit card payment using our easy process with
PayPal (a PayPal account is not required, simply pay as a guest).<\/p>

2. BY MAIL<\/b> – Registration with Check Payment: Complete and return the WVSRC
Conference Exhibitor Vendor Registration Form\u00a0and check payment by January 15,
2023.\u00a0 Make checks payable to\u00a0The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, Inc.\u00a0and
mail to Cynthia Keely, c\/o WVSRC, 1027 Valley Road, Charleston, WV 25302.
