PROSPECTIVE EXHIBITORS AND EVENT SPONSORS<\/strong><\/p>

The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, Inc. (WVSRC), a non-profit and chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), invites you and your organization to exhibit at our conference.<\/p>

The event\u2019s goals are to increase knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease. The individuals participating will be AARC\/WVSRC members and non-members, hospital and clinic-based respiratory therapists, Pulmonary Function, Sleep lab, Pulmonary Rehab, Durable Medical Equipment, and Home Care-based staff, registered nurses, respiratory therapy students, and other healthcare providers.<\/p>

As an exhibitor, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis, education, management, and\/or treatment of lung disease, as well as organizations who have a vested interest in respiratory therapists. This can include but not limited to equipment or medication demonstrations and products, educational or informational fliers and brochures, recruiters, and materials pertinent to this conference. We also welcome organizations who employ or recruit specific specialty services and staff.<\/p>

Dates of the conference: Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13, 2024<\/p>

Estimated number of attendees:<\/strong> 130-150<\/p>

Number\/size of tables per booth:<\/strong> One 6 or 8 ft. table per vendor unless additional requested.<\/p>

Number of chairs:<\/strong> 2<\/p>

Tablecloths:<\/strong> standard white provided by facility<\/p>

EXHIBITOR FEE:<\/strong> $600 per exhibit space \u2013 fee is for exhibit space only (maximum 2 staff)<\/p>

\u00b7 If your company wants to have more than 2 representatives attending, there is an additional fee of $50.00 for each representative.<\/p>

\u00b7 Early Exhibitor Registration ends August 11, 2024.<\/p>

L<\/strong>ATE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:<\/b> After August 11, 2024, each exhibitor space will cost $700.<\/p>

Exhibitors are permitted to purchase more than one table to accommodate a larger space and\/or additional representatives.<\/p>

*Note: Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units.<\/p>

**WVSRC W9 and Non-profit certificate available upon request.<\/p>

Event Lodging: a discounted block of rooms will be available for attendees and exhibitors at the Holiday Inn University Place, 1188 Pineview Dr, Morgantown, WV 26505. Details will be shared soon.<\/p>
