West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care’s Fall Health Care Conference

It’s our 30th Anniversary! We hope you’ll join us to celebrate this huge milestone!
The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care Inc. (WVSRC), a 501c6 non-profit educational
organization and state-chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care, invites you
and your organization to take part in our health care conference. The goals of the event are to increase
the knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease.
The individuals participating will be WVSRC members, respiratory therapists, nurses and students. As
an exhibitor, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis,
education, management, care and/or treatment of lung disease. This can include equipment or
medication demonstrations and products, educational or informational fliers and brochures, and other
material that may be pertinent to this conference.

Suggested arrival time/ set-up booth: Tues., Sept 12 after 5:00pm; or Wed., Sept 13 7:00am-8:00am
Conference hours: September 13: 7:00am-4:30pm; September 14: 7:00am – 11:00pm
Estimated number of attendees: 100
Number/size of tables per booth: One 6-8 ft. table per vendor unless additional requested
Number of chairs: 2
Tablecloths: (standard white provided by facility)
Participation fee:  $600 per vendor – fee is for vendor space only (with up to 2 staff)
*Note: Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units.
**WVSRC Non-profit W9 certificate available upon request.
Special Event Sponsorship with recognition available. Vendors, organizations or individuals, will
receive special recognition if providing a level of sponsorship during the event. Various levels available
as well as custom amounts. See WVSRC Exhibitor Vendor Form 2023 or website for details.
All companies, for-profit, non-profit, and government are invited to participate as vendors for this
event.

HOW TO REGISTER:
1. ONLINE – Registration and Payment: please complete the online registration at www.wvsrc.org. Provide
credit or debit card payment using our easy process with PayPal (a PayPal account is not required, simply pay as
a guest).
2. BY MAIL – Registration with Check Payment: Complete and return the WVSRC Conference Exhibitor Vendor
Registration Form and check payment by August 30, 2023.  Make checks payable to The West Virginia Society for
Respiratory Care, Inc. and mail to Cynthia Keely, c/o WVSRC, 1027 Valley Road, Charleston, WV 25302.

Lodging: Reserve by August 12, 2023, for the Conference Rate: Rooms are $98+ tax for single
or double rooms. Cottages are available at reduced rates starting at $110/night.

Pipestem Resort State Park is West Virginia’s premier family adventure resort. Sitting on the east rim of the
Bluestone River Gorge, Pipestem offers something for everyone including exhilarating zipline tours, guided trout
fishing trips, mountain bike excursions and more. Spend some time on the water at the park’s new adventure
lake and splash park or set out on a kayaking and stand-up paddle board tour, tubing or whitewater adventure
on the Bluestone River.
The sprawling 4,050-acre park is located on the border of Summers and Mercer counties and features 26 cabins
and two lodges, one of which can only be accessed by riding the park’s aerial tramway to the bottom of the
Bluestone River Gorge.
