Join the WVSRC for our 1 1/2-day educational conference at the Erickson Alumni Center focused on increasing the knowledge and capabilities of respiratory therapists and nursing professionals working with patients with lung diseases, complex health issues, to improve quality of care, patient outcomes, reduce morbidity, mortality and reduce readmissions.

How to Save on Registration Fees? Become an AARC member! Membership gives you discounts on WVSRC conference registrations, online and in-person AARC continuing education (discounted rates or free), access to respiratory scientific articles and research publications, and more! Go to www.aarc.org to sign-up/renew today! Membership starts at $98 a year. Be sure to select WV as your state when signing up! This makes you a WVSRC member – there is no additional fee to be a WVSRC member.
HOW TO REGISTER TO ATTEND: GO TO www.wvsrc.org.
Go to the Events Tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to select the number tickets/registrations to purchase, then select “Get Tickets”. This opens a new tab. Enter your information for the participant registration as well as purchaser, if different from attendee, submit. This will open the final tab for payment – using the PayPal system to pay via debit or with credit card. You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account or sign into PayPal to complete. Simply pay as a guest with your credit card. You will receive an email confirmation when you have completed the registration and provided payment. Payment via check and mail-in form is also available. See attached postcard for details.
We recommend disabling Pop-Up Blocker to ensure that the registration and payment tabs open. Additionally, we recommend registering from a personal device, since many hospital computers have firewalls which may prevent the registration and payment tabs from opening.
Continuing Education: The WVSRC is an approved provider for continuing education through the West Virginia Board of Respiratory Care (WVBORC) and the WV RN Board #1997-0171RN. Application will be made to the AARC for CRCE approval for a maximum of 10 continuing education units when attending both days.
LODGING: Reserve by August 20, 2025, for the Discounted Conference Rate: A limited block of rooms is available! Rooms are $104+ tax for one King or $109+ tax for 2 Queen bedrooms.
