Complete the participant registration – “Get Tickets” — which then directs you to the easy PayPal system to pay via debit or with credit card. Do not sign into PayPal to complete. You will receive an email confirmation when you have completed the registration and provided payment. – please disable popup blocker before registering, as it will prevent the payment window from opening. If you’re using a work computer, the firewall may prevent the registration and payment window from opening.

BY MAIL — Payment via check and mail-in form is also available. See attached flier for details.

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds, however substitutions are permitted with advanced notice.

LODGING: A limited block of rooms and cabins at the Resort are available at the reduced conference rates of $112/night for King or Double Queen rooms. Junior Suites are available.                   2-bedroom cabins are $223/night and 4-bedroom cabins at $263/night.

• Select your arrival date/departure date and when the next screen comes up, you will see a box on the left lower side to enter your group code. Once you enter it, it will show all the room types in the block, rates, etc. Complete the reservation from there.

• You can also make a reservation by calling the front desk at 304-866-4121, option 1, and refer to the group code at time of booking. 

• If you plan on arriving early, staying late, or want a different room type other than what is in the block, you will have to call in to the lodge. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION: The WVSRC is an approved provider for continuing education by the WV Board of Respiratory Care and the WV RN Board. Earn a maximum of 10 continuing education units when attending both days. Application will be made to the AARC for 10 CRCE approval.
