West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care’s Winter Health Care Conference

You’re Invited! The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, Inc.  (WVSRC), a 501c6 non-profit and chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care, invites you and your organization to exhibit at our conference. The event’s goals are to increase knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease. The individuals participating will be AARC/WVSRC members and non-members, hospital and clinic-based respiratory therapists, Pulmonary Function staff, Sleep lab staff, Pulmonary Rehab staff, Durable Medical Equipment company staff, Home Care staff, registered nurses, and respiratory therapy students. As an exhibitor/vendor, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis, education, management, and/or treatment of lung disease, as well as organizations who have a vested interest in respiratory therapists. This can include but not limited to equipment or medication demonstrations and products, educational or informational fliers and brochures, recruiters, and materials pertinent to this conference.

Suggested arrival time to set-up booth: Jan 31 after 5pm; or Feb 1 from 7am-8:00am

Conference hours: Feb 1: 7:00am-7:30pm; Feb 2: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Estimated number of attendees: 150

Number/size of tables per booth: One 6-8 ft. table per vendor unless additional requested

Number of chairs: 2

Tablecloths: (standard white provided by facility)

Participation fee:  $600 per vendor – fee is for vendor space only (with up to 2 staff)

*Note: Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units.

**WVSRC Non–profit W9 certificate available upon request.

 

Special Event Sponsorship with recognition available. Vendors, organizations or individuals, will receive special recognition if providing a level of sponsorship during the event. Various levels available as well as custom amounts. See WVSRC Exhibitor Vendor Form 2024 or www.wvsrc.org website for details.

 

All companies, for-profit, non-profit, and government are invited to participate as vendors for this event.

 

GRANT APPLICATIONS: If your organization requires the WVSRC to complete an online application or forms to receive an unrestricted/restricted grant for your organization to attend as an exhibitor and/or provide a presenter for this event, please notify the WVSRC as soon as available to begin this process.

2.      BY MAIL – Registration with Check Payment: Complete and return the WVSRC Conference Exhibitor Vendor Registration Form and check payment by January 15, 2024.  Make checks payable to The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, Inc. and mail to Cynthia Keely, c/o WVSRC, 1027 Valley Road, Charleston, WV 25302.
