HOW TO REGISTER TO ATTEND ONLINE: GO TO www.wvsrc.org

Go to the Events Tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to select the number tickets/registrations to purchase, then select “Get Tickets”. This opens a new tab. Enter your information for the participant registration as well as purchaser, if different from attendee, submit. This will open the final tab for payment – using the PayPal system to pay via debit or with credit card. You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account or sign into PayPal to complete. Simply pay as a guest with your credit card. You will receive an email confirmation when you have completed the registration and provided payment. Payment via check and mail-in form is also available. See attached postcard for details.

Disable Pop-Up Blocker to ensure that the registration and payment tabs open. Additionally, we recommend registering from a personal device (phone, tablet, computer), since many hospital computers have firewalls which may prevent the registration and payment tabs from opening.

Pay By Check Option: if you or your employer requires you to pay by check to attend, please see attached Fall Conference Postcard. Complete the backside of the card and return it with your check payment.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS: The WVSRC is an approved provider of continuing education through the West Virginia Board of Respiratory Care (WVBORC) and the WV RN Board #1997-0171RN. Application will be made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for CRCE approval for a maximum of 10 continuing education units when attending both days. Registrants only attending one day can earn 6 CRCE/CEU on Thursday, or 4 CRCE/CEU on Friday.

LODGING: Reserve by JULY 23, 2026, for the Discounted Conference Rate: A limited block of rooms (1 king or 2 queen bed) in the lodge and cottages (2, 3, and 4-bedrooms) in the park are available for only $110 per night for Wednesday and Thursday nights only. This rate applies to lodge rooms and any size of cottage.
