The BIGGEST Respiratory Disease Educational Conference in WV! This 1 1/2-day educational conference is
focused on increasing the knowledge and capabilities of RTs and nursing professionals working with patients
with lung diseases, complex health issues, to improve quality of care and patient outcomes and reduce
readmissions.

- $200 for non-members
- $50 for RT program students

Single Individual Day Early Registration to attend either Thursday or Friday
- $75 for AARC members
- $100 for non-members
- AARC Member – 2 days for $130 and Individual Day for $85
- All Others 2 days for $220 and Individual Day for $110
- Student (RT only) $50
Online registration will remain open during the entire conference for any late registrations. Additionally, registration with payment via cash (exact change preferred), check, cashiers check or money order will be accepted at the conference.

HOW TO REGISTER
ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Select the number of registration tickets you wish to purchase (select
AARC member, Non-member, or Student). Select “Get Tickets”. A new window opens, complete the participant
registration form and select Checkout Now when complete. A new window will open to provide payment.
Provide payment either by logging into PayPal OR enter your credit card information if paying as a guest. Once
payment is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your registration ticket number.
BY-MAIL IN REGISTRATION WITH CHECK PAYMENT: Payment via check and mail-in form is also available. See
attached flier for details.
Continuing Education: A maximum of 10 continuing education units will be available for attending both days.
Application will be made to the AARC for CRCE approval.
Lodging: Reserve by January 2, 2023, for the Conference Rate: Rooms starting at $105+ tax for single or double
