PROSPECTIVE EXHIBITORS AND EVENT SPONSORS The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, Inc. (WVSRC), a non-profit and chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), invites you and your organization to exhibit at our conference.

The event’s goals are to increase the knowledge and capabilities of healthcare professionals working with patients with lung disease. The individuals participating will be AARC/WVSRC members and non-members, hospital and clinic-based respiratory therapists, Pulmonary Function, Sleep lab, Pulmonary Rehab, Durable Medical Equipment, and Home Care-based staff, registered nurses, respiratory therapy students, and other healthcare providers.

As an exhibitor, we would like your company to provide information pertaining to the diagnosis, education, management, and/or treatment of lung disease, as well as organizations who have a vested interest in respiratory therapists. This can include but not limited to equipment or medication demonstrations and products, educational or informational fliers and brochures, recruiters, and materials pertinent to this conference. We also welcome organizations who employ or recruit specific specialty services and staff.

Registration fee:  $700 per vendor – fee is for vendor space only (with up to 2 staff)

• Your organization can have a maximum of 2 additional staff per table with a fee of $50 per representative.

LATE Registration Fee: $800 per vendor if registering after August 24, 2026.

Exhibitors are permitted and encouraged to purchase more than one table to accommodate a larger display and/or additional representatives.

*Note: Exhibit area is separate from the lecture area as required for continuing education units.

***Vendor staff are eligible to receive continuing education for lectures they attend. See the registration table for details.

All vendors will receive a list of all attendees by employer with email address following the conference.

EVENT SPONSORS 

This event would not be possible without support from our exhibitors and special event sponsors. Please show your support by signing up for one or more of the special events listed below. By doing so, you will receive special recognition during the conference. To sponsor a portion(s) of the event simply add that to your Exhibitor Registration, or simply only provide a Sponsorship if you and your organization do not wish to be an Exhibitor.

RESTRICTED/UNRESTRICTED GRANTS: If your organization requires the WVSRC to complete an online application or form(s) to receive an unrestricted or restricted grant for your organization to attend as an exhibitor and/or provide a presenter for this event, please notify the WVSRC with details as soon as available to begin this process.

LODGING: Reserve by JULY 23, 2026, for the Discounted Conference Rate: A limited block of rooms (1 king or 2 queen bed) in the lodge and cottages (2, 3, and 4-bedrooms) in the park are available for only $110 per night for Wednesday and Thursday nights only. This rate applies to lodge rooms and any size of cottage.

• If you wish to extend your stay, either arriving early or staying over the weekend, your room or cottage rate will be based on dynamic pricing. If you book early will give you the best rate possible.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: The WVSRC is an approved provider for continuing education by the WV Board of Respiratory Care and the WV RN Board. Earn a maximum of 10 continuing education units when attending both days. Application will also be made to the AARC for 10 CRCE approval.

Pipestem Resort State Park is West Virginia’s premier family adventure resort.
